Introducing Planned vs Actual Milestones Report to Teamwork

As we continue our focus on enhancing the reporting functionality throughout Teamwork this quarter, we’re delighted to introduce the first of three Planned vs Actual Reports — the Planned vs Actual Milestones Report. The aim of this new report is to give you an understanding of the actual status of your Milestones by comparing the original due dates with your current due or completed dates. With this view, you can quickly identify how a project is performing against your plan.

Introducing the Teamwork Success Planner: A report to help your team maximize their use of Teamwork

Whether you’re onboarding a new tool within an organization or using an existing tool, it’s critical for your team to get the maximum use out of it. However, it’s just as important to ensure your team is using it as effectively and efficiently as possible. We know that many project management tools can be limited in their functionality and others may be too feature-heavy and it can be a little unclear on where to focus within the product to gain the most value.

Introducing Email Notifications and Activity Reminders to Teamwork CRM

We are delighted to release the final piece of our notifications solution to Teamwork CRM with Email Notifications and Reminders. Until now, notifications were available in-app via the bell icon. To date this is how users received notifications for any changes to the deals they were following. However, there was still a notification gap to be filled. Once you were out of the application, you had no means of understanding how your deals progressed.

Quickly set Task Reminders to ensure your team gets notified

Your team now has the capability to quickly set task reminders for any task in their task list. This new feature allows you to stay up-to-date on your latest tasks from start to completion — allowing for the timely execution of your project. We know in today's remote world teams are busy. Whether it’s balancing work lives with homeschooling or work commitments with personal lives, everyone is multitasking.

Introducing customizable project navigation tabs in Teamwork

At Teamwork we understand that not all our customers want the exact same project navigation tab. This is especially true when you take into account the hundreds of thousands of users from varying industries that are within Teamwork everyday. But it’s clear to us that the ideal project setup–not only for each customer but each unique project–could be very different.

How to Create a Project Timeline: the Ultimate Guide

Trying to manage a project with multiple moving parts can feel like herding cats. Aligning the assorted tasks so they tie up neatly and ensuring everyone’s on the same page at all times is hard work. Enter the project manager’s best friend: a project timeline. A project timeline allows you to bulk schedule tasks so that you can see what needs to be done when and keep an eye on the overall timeline of a project.

Introducing Teamwork's Utilization Report - An easier way to view and manage your team's resources

Over the last two months, we’ve put significant focus on building out the reporting functionality in Teamwork. And we’re thrilled to say this is the first of many new reports that will launch this quarter.
