Curious how we do design reviews remotely at 37signals? Here's a recording of a live one we did this morning for a new feature we're building into HEY (hey.com), our email service.

Two people. Jason Fried (first voice you hear), and Jason Zimdars (second voice you hear). Zimdars was showing Fried where they're at on this feature that lets you send the same reply to multiple people at once in separate emails. Think old school mail merge, but drastically simplified in email.

They review, discuss, riff on some ideas, question the "surface area" of the feature, play with some variations on copy, etc.
