San Francisco, CA – February 3, 2020 – Asana, Inc. announced today that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed public listing of its common stock. The public listing is expected to take place after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.

There are many things to look forward to this year at Asana. So we talked to a few Asanas from our global offices recently to find out what they’re most excited for in 2020. From customers, to culture, to growth and mentorship, here’s what they had to say.

Two years ago, we hosted our first-ever community event in London, bringing together local Asana customers to meet and learn from one another. During the event, Chris Butler-Stroud, CEO of the Whale and Dolphin Conservation, shared the following about his team’s experience with Asana: "I can genuinely say that there are more dolphins and whales alive today thanks to Asana".
