In light of the sudden shift to remote working, we recently conducted a series of internal brainstorming workshops to strategize the best ways to conduct remote sessions with our customers. We compiled over 300 ideas from 3 continents. Here are our key findings, brought to you by M-Filers and Hanna Tahvonen.

By using relationships, you can define metadata connections between objects, just as via the metadata card. For example, you can link a customer with an object. The customer then also appears in the metadata of the object.
