Now that we've launched of #AsanaAITeammates, real multiplayer AI agents that work directly within our platform, it's time to introduce the three personas that most actively use Asana today:

IT: Prebuilt teammates designed to integrate with IT operations and manage technical tasks to completion.

Operations: Dedicated AI support to help operations teams streamline processes and manage project context effectively.

These agents are designed for "multiplayer mode," allowing any human member of these teams to interact with them, provide feedback, and collaborate on tasks. By focusing on these core user bases, Asana ensures that these AI Teammates directly address the most critical needs of its most active users.
