Issues are bugs or defects that arise in a project. These issues, if not tracked properly can escalate project costs or even derail a project. Users can track and manage issues to their resolution in Zoho Projects. The Issues tab under the Work Overview section displays issues across all projects in the organization.

The Work Overview - Milestones view provides a consolidated list of all your milestones in various statuses across the portal. By default, users will view all the active milestones in the portal. However, users can also select other views using a drop-down.
