Although many of us are still in lockdown around the world, the first month of the year has passed by quickly in Teamwork as we've been focused on delivering valuable features across our platform.

Time for the first CRM release of 2021 and it’s one that a lot of our customers have been requesting over the last few months. Up until now, Teamwork CRM has not included a way for our users to recover or restore CRM deals (leads, opportunities, activities and notes) that were deleted, whether by design or accident. Once a user deleted these CRM artifacts, they were permanently removed, which is not an ideal user experience and has been the cause of some anxiety for some of our customers.

We couldn’t start off without a proper intro. For everyone who’s not quite familiar with the concept of a web form, here’s a simple explanation. A web form (aka “webform” or “HTML form” if you’re picky) is a part of a web page that is designed for collecting specific information from users, which they have to enter and which is later sent to a server for processing.

The new 2021 is off to a great start, and we are also ready to start announcing new tools and features that Bitrix24 has to offer. Today we are happy to inform you that we've updated the CRM form designer in your Bitrix24. The updates include a big choice of form designs to fully customize your CRM forms, common embed code for a much quicker CRM forms loading, multiple consents in the CRM forms and the option to edit CRM forms directly in the Bitrix24.Sites builder interface.
